Foot intrinsic strength-
The exercises: alternate toe lifts, big toe strengthening and arch setting. These are great exercises to begin strengthening the muscles in the foot and thus foundation of the body.

Simple drill to mobilize the toes and help counteract the compressive affects of typical footwear.
