One on one physiotherapy in a gym setting allows the therapist to assess various movements and implements exercise regimens. The clinic is located inside Crossfit Etobicoke, located at 78 Six Point Rd in Etobicoke. The initial consult will go over anything that the client wishes to address. Afterwards a plan of care will be explained to the client along with education and a program to follow in order to help them reach their goals. The focus is on strength and mobility. We do not use passive machines.

In Home/Office Physiotherapy
The expertise of a physio in the comfort of your own home. The hour long assessment starts with discussing your current status and goals, and conducting a physical assessment.
From there, I will put together a personalized program that includes videos of various exercises as well as guidance on things to consider in the rehab/prehab process. This will be followed by weekly email check ins. There are also 30-60 minute follow ups if needed.
Availability depends on location, mainly serving the greater Toronto area.
Travel time may be extra. Cancellation less thatn 24 hrs/No Show: 50$ charge

Online Physiotherapy Program
This is for those people that want quality care with online convenience. The hour long virtual assessment will include discussing your current status and goals. Then an assessment of movement as pertaining to you will be evaluated.
From this I will put together an in depth personalized program that will include videos of your exercises as well as guide you on what you will want to consider to help in the rehab/prehab process.
Along with your program there will be weekly email check ins along with a 4-6 week video follow up.
